Abstract
Urologic complications occurred in four (20%) of 20 kidney transplants performed in 18 patients. The complications encountered were acute hemorrhage from the distal end of the ureter, a calyceal fistula, a ureteral stricture with associated fungus infection, and obstructive uropathy. In two of the four cases it was necessary to sacrifice the transplant.
摘要
18例患者接受的20例肾移植手术中有4例（20%）出现泌尿外科并发症。所遇到的并发症包括输尿管远端急性出血、肾盏瘘、伴有真菌感染的输尿管狭窄以及梗阻性尿路病。4例中有2例有必要切除移植肾。
