A rare case ovarian tumor in a 10-month sibling is presented. The clinical picture is dominating with isosexual puberty and me presence of ascites. Following laparotomy an ovarian tumor was established with morphological data for granulosa cell tumor. The therapeutical schemes are discussed for me ovarian tumor treatment and fertility preservation.
本文报告了一例10个月大的同胞姐妹罕见的卵巢肿瘤病例。临床表现以同性性早熟和腹水为主。剖腹手术后确诊为卵巢肿瘤，形态学数据显示为颗粒细胞瘤。文中讨论了卵巢肿瘤的治疗方案及生育功能的保留。
