Abstract
Wide spectrum (polyspecific) antiglobulin sera were obtained by rabbit immunization with 10% solution of zymosan-charged globulin (product of yeast digestion with trypsin) with complete Freund's adjuvant. The resultant sera meet the international standards and can be used for forensic medical identification of serum G1m(1) group and for detecting incomplete antierythrocytic complement-fixing anti-Daffi, anti-Kell, and other antibodies in blood transfusion service.

广谱（多特异性）抗球蛋白血清是通过用10%酵母聚糖负载球蛋白溶液（酵母经胰蛋白酶消化的产物）与完全弗氏佐剂免疫家兔获得的。所得血清符合国际标准，可用于法医血清G1m(1)组鉴定以及在输血服务中检测不完全抗红细胞补体结合性抗达菲、抗凯尔及其他抗体。
