Operative technique is being presented, applied in the therapy of larynx neoplasms, originating mainly from the glottic-subglottic area. Operative technique consists of exposure of the larynx by "U" skin incision, supracricoid excision of the organ together with the neoplasm and following reconstruction through the anastomosis of the cricoid cartilage with the epiglottis and hyoid bone.
现介绍一种主要应用于治疗起源于声门-声门下区域喉肿瘤的手术技术。手术技术包括通过“U”形皮肤切口暴露喉部，将喉器官与肿瘤一并进行环状软骨上切除，随后通过环状软骨与会厌及舌骨吻合进行重建。
