Abstract

Method of phytin and agglutinin (lectin) purification was elaborated from wheat germ in an unified technological cycle. Output of phytin is 0.88% of raw material. Its purity was in conformity with requirements of USSR Pharmacopoeia IX edit. Output of wheat germ agglutinin, which was obtained after purification of phytin, was 0.04% of raw materials mass. This purification scheme allows to receive fatty oils and use fluid, which passed affinity column and rich in vitamins and carbohydrates, for their receiving or using.

从小麦胚芽中以统一工艺周期精心制定了植酸和凝集素(外源凝集素)的纯化方法。植酸产量为原料的0.88%。其纯度符合苏联药典第九版的要求。在植酸纯化后获得的小麦胚芽凝集素产量为原料质量的0.04%。这种纯化方案能够得到脂肪油,并利用通过亲和柱且富含维生素和碳水化合物的流体来获取或使用它们。
