[In-vitro cultivated cells of smooth muscular organs. 1. Cultivation of isolated rat bladder cells].

Cells obtained from the rats urinary bladder by enzymatic treatment were cultivated on glass surfaces in completely synthetic nutrient media supplemented with 10% calf serum. The occurrence of smooth muscle cells, in addition to fibroblasts and multinuclear giant cells, in the monolayer cultures obtained is postulated.
