Abstract
An episome derived from an Hfr(v) (Hfr isolated from a V colicinogenic parent) strain of Escherichia coli K-12 was isolated and characterized. The direction of gene transfer was inverted from that in the original parental strain.

从大肠杆菌K-12的Hfr(v)（从产V型大肠杆菌素的亲本中分离得到的高频重组菌株）菌株中分离并鉴定出一种附加体。基因转移的方向与原始亲本菌株中的方向相反。
