The activity of LDH in perfusate on human kidney and in experiments on dog kidney was investigated during the preservation by the Gambro perfusion apparatus. The enzyme activity of perfusate was characterized by a quotient of volume activity in relation to the perfusion flow rate. With this method we are able to distinguish the values of damaged and normal kidneys. A correlation was established between this quotient and the function resumption day in human kidney transplantation.
在使用甘布罗灌注装置进行保存的过程中,对人体肾脏灌注液以及犬肾实验中的乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)活性进行了研究。灌注液的酶活性通过体积活性与灌注流速的比值来表征。通过这种方法,我们能够区分受损肾脏和正常肾脏的值。在该比值与人体肾移植中功能恢复天数之间建立了相关性。
