[Rectal cancer associated with irradiation--case report].

The authors report one patient with rectal cancer after pelvic irradiation for gynaecological malignancy. The interval between irradiation and the diagnosis of rectal cancer was 31 years. Histological findings of radiation proctocolitis adjacent to the cancer were observed.
