Abstract

On the model of carrageenan-induced acute aseptic peritonitis in rats it is shown that in inflammation on the background of contrykal administration the accumulation and stimulation of leukocytes of an inflammatory focus, and the activation of granulomonocytopoiesis and of blood leukocytes are increased, and infiltration becomes calm earlier. The results indicate that in the natural development of inflammation lysosomal proteinases limit the accumulation and stimulation of leukocytes of an inflammatory focus, and activation of granulomonocytopoiesis and of blood leukocytes, and prolong the inflammatory reaction, i.e. they inhibit the protective adaptive reactions of blood in inflammation.

在角叉菜胶诱导的大鼠急性无菌性腹膜炎模型中,研究表明,在使用抑肽酶的情况下发生炎症时,炎症灶白细胞的聚集和刺激增加,粒单核细胞生成及血液白细胞的激活增强,且炎症浸润更早消退。结果表明,在炎症自然发展过程中,溶酶体蛋白酶限制炎症灶白细胞的聚集和刺激、粒单核细胞生成及血液白细胞的激活,并延长炎症反应,即它们抑制血液在炎症中的保护性适应性反应。
