On the model of the acute infectious peritonitis in rats it is shown that the previous osmotic depletion of the peritoneal mast cell population leads to the increased functional activity of neutrophils and decreased of monocytes of the inflammatory focus and blood. The results indicate that in the natural inflammatory conditions mast cells directly or indirectly inhibit neutrophils and stimulate monocytes, i.e. they are the modulators of leukocytic reaction.
在大鼠急性感染性腹膜炎模型中发现,先前腹膜肥大细胞群体的渗透性耗竭会导致炎症灶和血液中嗜中性粒细胞功能活性增加,单核细胞功能活性降低。结果表明,在自然炎症条件下,肥大细胞直接或间接抑制嗜中性粒细胞并刺激单核细胞,即它们是白细胞反应的调节剂。
