Deep vein thrombosis is often caused by external compression and very rarely it originates in isolated iliac artery aneurysm. This paper presents 3 cases of phlegmasia coerulea dolens caused by iliac aneurysm. The clinical role of abdomen ultrasound, Duplex-Doppler of vein and artery examination were evaluated. All patients underwent artery reconstruction and vein thrombectomy with good results.
深静脉血栓形成通常由外部压迫引起，极少源于孤立性髂动脉瘤。本文介绍了3例由髂动脉瘤引起的股青肿病例。评估了腹部超声、静脉和动脉双功多普勒检查的临床作用。所有患者均接受了动脉重建和静脉血栓切除术，效果良好。
