After an acute miocardiac infarction, sexual disorders may appear in a high percentage of patients. This article analyzes the problems which can lead to a sexual dysfunction, and presents a series of recommendations so that a nurse may explain these to the patient. If the patient possesses sufficient clear information, he/she will be able to overcome the inconveniences which occur with greater ease and thus be able to lead a fuller, happier life.
急性心肌梗死后，相当比例的患者可能会出现性功能障碍。本文分析了可能导致性功能障碍的问题，并提出了一系列建议，以便护士能够向患者解释这些问题。如果患者掌握了足够清晰的信息，他/她将能够更轻松地克服出现的不便，从而能够过上更充实、更幸福的生活。
