Caffeine is a widespread natural methylaxanthine which easily crosses the placenta. In studies on animals, high doses of caffeine are associated with an embryotoxic effect and an increase in congenital malformations. However, those date have not been fully confirmed in the human. The article presents the current knowledge about the prenatal toxicity of caffeine.
咖啡因是一种广泛存在的天然甲基黄嘌呤，极易穿过胎盘。在动物研究中，高剂量咖啡因与胚胎毒性作用以及先天性畸形增加有关。然而，这些数据在人体中尚未得到充分证实。本文介绍了目前关于咖啡因产前毒性的知识。
