The hyperplastic and metaplastic changes of the endometrium most often coexist and are associated with hyperestrogenic status--exogenous hormones, hormoneproducing ovarian tumors, persisting anovylatory cycles, PCOS. The correct histologic diagnosis of metaplasia and the differential diagnosis with atypical hyperplasia and some types of endometrial carcinomas, especially in cases of pre-operative curettage specimen, are of greatest importance for the consecutive therapeutic approach.
子宫内膜的增生性和化生性改变最常并存，且与雌激素过多状态相关，如外源性激素、产生激素的卵巢肿瘤、持续无排卵周期、多囊卵巢综合征。化生的正确组织学诊断以及与非典型增生和某些类型子宫内膜癌的鉴别诊断，尤其是在术前刮宫标本的情况下，对于后续的治疗方法极为重要。
