The analysis of Helicobacter pylori (HP) and secretory IgA (SIgA) effects on the course and recurrence of gastroduodenal ulcer provides grounds to suggest that a pathogenic role of HP in secretory hypofunction of the gastric stump, unchanged mucosa and normal SIgA production is not leading. Elimination of the pathological process may bring functional restoration of the stump mucosa which adapts to HP invasion. Therefore, expansion of indications to eradication therapy in late postoperative period needs further study.
对幽门螺杆菌(HP)和分泌型免疫球蛋白A(SIgA)对胃十二指肠溃疡病程及复发影响的分析表明,HP在胃残端分泌功能减退、黏膜未改变及SIgA产生正常的情况下,其致病作用并不显著。消除病理过程可能会使残端黏膜功能恢复,使其适应HP的侵袭。因此,扩大术后晚期根除治疗的适应证需要进一步研究。
