[Iatrogenic injury of biliary ducts during laparoscopic cholecystectomy].

Damage of biliary ducts (BD) during performance of laparoscopic cholecystectomy occurred in 24 (3.8%) of 635 patients. Damage of BD was identified in good time only in 4 (17%) observations. Noncorrected choledocholithialis and stenosis of major duodenal papilla sphincter were promoted by functioning of biliary fistula in 47% observations.
