A brief revision of the clinical trials that support the use of ACE inhibitors in patients with heart failure is made in this paper. The use of ACE inhibitors in clinical practice, recommendations for it's use in specific population and perspectives of ACE inhibitors use in the future of heart failure are discussed.
本文对支持在心力衰竭患者中使用血管紧张素转换酶（ACE）抑制剂的临床试验进行了简要回顾。讨论了ACE抑制剂在临床实践中的应用、在特定人群中使用的建议以及其在心力衰竭未来应用中的前景。
