A case of primary carcinoma of the Fallopian tube was discovered on routine mass screening of cervical smears. There were no symptoms and gynaecological findings were unremarkable. Atypical glandular epithelia in the smear may not, therefore, be adenocarcinoma of the cervix or body of the uterus, but could also be from an extrauterine carcinoma, especially if cervical scrapings are negative.
一例原发性输卵管癌在宫颈涂片常规大规模筛查中被发现。患者没有症状，妇科检查结果也无异常。因此，涂片中的非典型腺上皮细胞可能并非子宫颈或子宫体腺癌，也可能来自子宫外的癌症，尤其是在宫颈刮片结果为阴性的情况下。
