Abstract
Allele frequencies for the six PCR based loci HLA DQA1, LDLR, GYPA, HBGG, D&S8, Gc, and three STR loci HUMHPRTB, HUMF13B & HUMLPL were analyzed in 624 healthy unrelated individuals belonging to eight important population groups of two major ethnic populations: Indo-Caucasian and Indo-Mongoloid.
