To investigate the changes in calcitonin gene-related peptide(CGRP) within the adrenal glands medulla and cortex of the rat during early post burn period and the effect of CGRP on function of adrenal gland of burned rats.
The rats were randomly divided into two groups: control and burned. The distribution density of CGRP containing nerve fibers and cells in medulla of adrenal gland were determined at different timepoints post burn.
CGRP may affect function of the adrenal gland of burned rats.
探讨烧伤后早期大鼠肾上腺髓质和皮质中降钙素基因相关肽(CGRP)的变化以及CGRP对烧伤大鼠肾上腺功能的影响。
将大鼠随机分为两组:对照组和烧伤组。在烧伤后不同时间点测定肾上腺髓质中含CGRP神经纤维和细胞的分布密度。
CGRP可能影响烧伤大鼠的肾上腺功能。
