Abstract

Uterine scrapes from 45 women (30 cases of spontaneous and 15 cases of artificial abortions) were studied. Heterogeneity of distribution of large granular lymphocytes and macrophages in decidual membrane of women with spontaneous abortions was revealed. Autoimmune disturbances were found primarily in the subgroup with domination of large granular lymphocytes, urogenital infection prevailed in the subgroup with macrophage domination. Hormonal disturbances and uterine malformations occurred more frequently in women with normal count of lymphocytes and macrophages.

对45名女性（30例自然流产和15例人工流产）的子宫刮片进行了研究。发现自然流产女性蜕膜中大颗粒淋巴细胞和巨噬细胞分布存在异质性。自身免疫紊乱主要见于以大颗粒淋巴细胞为主的亚组，泌尿生殖系统感染在以巨噬细胞为主的亚组中更为常见。淋巴细胞和巨噬细胞计数正常的女性中，激素紊乱和子宫畸形更为常见。
