Abstract

OBJECTIVE

To investigate the chemical constituents of the whole plant of Drosera peltata var. lunata collected in Tibet.

METHOD

Compounds were separated by means of pH gradient extraction and rechromatography on silica gel, and the structures were determined by spectral analysis and physicochemical evidence.

RESULT

Five crystalline compounds were obtained and elucidated as plumbagin(1), droserone(2), hydroxydroserone(3), beta-sitosterol(4) and stigmasterol(5) respectively.

CONCLUSION

Compound 3 and 5 were isolated from the plant for the first time.

摘要

目的

研究采自西藏的圆叶茅膏菜全草的化学成分。

方法

采用pH梯度萃取法及硅胶柱反复柱色谱法进行分离,通过波谱分析和理化常数鉴定化合物结构。

结果

分离得到5个结晶性化合物,分别鉴定为醌茜(1)、茅膏菜酮(2)、羟基茅膏菜酮(3)、β-谷甾醇(4)和豆甾醇(5)。

结论

化合物3和5为首次从该植物中分离得到。
