Abstract

OBJECTIVE

To study the chemical constituents from the rhizome of Impatiens pritzellii var. hupehensis.

METHOD

The rhizome were extracted with methanol, isolated and purified by column chromatography on silica gel. All the compounds were identified on the basis of spectral analysis (including IR, MS, NMR) and physico-chemical characters.

RESULT

Five compounds were identified as a-spinasterol (I), alpha-spinasteryl-7, 22-dien-3-O-beta-D-glucopyranoside (II), stigmast-7, 22-dien-3-one (III), stearic acid (IV), hentriantane (V).

CONCLUSION

Compound I is isolated from this plant for the first time, Compound II, III, IV, V are isolated from genus Balsaminaceae for the first time.

目的

研究湖北凤仙花变种根茎的化学成分。

方法

根茎用甲醇提取,通过硅胶柱色谱进行分离纯化。所有化合物均根据光谱分析(包括红外光谱、质谱、核磁共振)和理化性质进行鉴定。

结果

鉴定出5种化合物,分别为α-菠菜甾醇(I)、α-菠菜甾醇-7,22-二烯-3-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(II)、豆甾-7,22-二烯-3-酮(III)、硬脂酸(IV)、三十一烷(V)。

结论

化合物I首次从该植物中分离得到,化合物II、III、IV、V首次从凤仙花科植物中分离得到。
