[Sprouting of forensic medicine].

Since there are materials relevant to medical jurisprudence in Qin Lu (law of Qin Dynasty), Feng Zhen Shi (sealed pattern of investigation) and Huangdi Neijing (inner canon of Yellow Emperor), and the examining system of Warring States Period include procedures, personnel and reports on examination of medical jurisprudence, it can be concluded that the pre-Qin Period saw the sprouting period of Chinese medical jurisprudence.
