[Polish medical students at studies in Juriewo, former Dorpat from 1889 to 1919].

The author has presented the history of the University of Dorpat and the habits at it. The medical faculty of this University was one of the most often chosen ones by Poles in territory of Russian empire. There have been presented the changes, which took place after the period of Russification of the University from 1889. Despite the fact that the interest of Poles in this university decreased there is the list presented of 129 Polish graduates of medical faculty from the period from 1889 to 1919. This list is not complete. The reviewer has supplemented it with further 83 names.
