[A sad incident in the life of Professor Julian Kosiński].

A sequence of events is presented leading to the trial of Professor J. Kosiński who allegedly had left surgical instruments in a patient's abdomen which resulted in her death. Though the verdict of not guilty was returned and damages claim dismissed, Professor Kosiński discontinued performing surgeries probably as a result of the trial.
