Abstract
Eight-nine gilts were inseminated with deep frozen boar spermatozoa thawed in seminal plasma, filtrate of seminal plasma, skimmed milk and isotonic glucose solution. The most favourable fertility results were obtained when seminal plasma was used as thawing diluent. It was shown that a relationship exists between the post thawing acrosome morphology, the post thawing GOT-release and the fertility of frozen spermatozoa.
摘要
八十九头后备母猪用在精浆、精浆滤液、脱脂乳和等渗葡萄糖溶液中解冻的冷冻公猪精子进行授精。当使用精浆作为解冻稀释液时，获得了最理想的繁殖结果。结果表明，解冻后顶体形态、解冻后谷草转氨酶释放与冷冻精子的繁殖力之间存在关联。
