Acute colonic pseudo-obstruction (Ogilvie's syndrome) is characterized by abdominal distention and massive colonic dilatation without any mechanical cause of obstruction. Lumbar spine operations can be an etiologic factor. We had a case with Ogilvie's syndrome after cervical discectomy. We also treated successfully this case by parasympathetic agent, neostigmine.
急性结肠假性梗阻（奥吉尔维综合征）的特征是腹部膨胀和大量结肠扩张，且无任何机械性梗阻原因。腰椎手术可能是一个病因。我们有一例颈椎间盘切除术后出现奥吉尔维综合征的病例。我们还用副交感神经药物新斯的明成功治疗了该病例。
