The possibility of identification and differentiation of maize genotypes by means of RAPD-, SSR- and ISSR-methods was analyzed. DNA of 12 inbred lines and 6 corresponding hybrids of maize were used. Presented methods of the PCR-analysis have allowed unique differentiation and identification of maize genotypes. A formula that describes the results of the DNA polymorphism analysis was proposed.
分析了利用RAPD、SSR和ISSR方法鉴定和区分玉米基因型的可能性。使用了12个玉米自交系和6个相应杂交种的DNA。所呈现的PCR分析方法能够对玉米基因型进行独特的区分和鉴定。提出了一个描述DNA多态性分析结果的公式。
