In a woman aged 74 fatigue fractures occurred in the anterior part of the pelvic ring following bilateral replacement of the hipjoints with Müller-Charnley prostheses. After increasing pain in the inguinal region radiographs disclosed fractures through the public and ischial bones on the side of the last replacement. There was no concomitant disease. The possible dynamic causes of fatigue fractures after well-placed hip-prostheses are discussed.
一名74岁女性在双侧髋关节用Müller-Charnley假体置换后，骨盆环前部发生疲劳骨折。腹股沟区疼痛加剧后，X线片显示上次置换侧耻骨和坐骨骨折。无伴随疾病。本文讨论了位置良好的髋关节假体植入后发生疲劳骨折的可能动力学原因。
