A report of intraamniotic application of prostaglandin F2alpha in 40 cases is given. There were 13 primiparous and 27 multiparous women. In 97,5% (39 cases) the artificial abortion or the opening of the cervical channel, which is necessary for the evacuation of the uterus, could be achieved. The average dose of prostaglandin F2alpha was 28,8 mg, the mean time for induction was 16 hours 14 minutes. The intraamniotic application of prostaglandin can be applied successfully for abortion in the second three months' time.
本文报告了40例羊膜腔内注射前列腺素F2α的情况。其中初产妇13例，经产妇27例。97.5%（39例）可实现人工流产或打开子宫排空所需的宫颈通道。前列腺素F2α的平均剂量为28.8毫克，平均引产时间为16小时14分钟。羊膜腔内注射前列腺素可成功用于妊娠中期引产。
