Abstract
Spinal anaesthesia is particularly suitable for operations on the prostate in geriatric patients. We investigated the effects of spinal anaesthesia, using Bupivacaine 0.5%, on electrolyte metabolism in 12 patients and compared these with the effects of neuroleptanalgesia in 13 patients. Neuroleptanalgesia did not affect electrolytic concentrations, whereas spinal anaesthesia was associated with a temporary slight fall in potassium concentration.

脊髓麻醉特别适用于老年患者的前列腺手术。我们研究了0.5%布比卡因脊髓麻醉对12例患者电解质代谢的影响，并将其与13例患者接受神经安定镇痛术的效果进行了比较。神经安定镇痛术不影响电解质浓度，而脊髓麻醉则伴有血钾浓度暂时轻微下降。
