Abstract

From the methanol extract of Smilax bracteata rhizomes, six new phenolic compounds, (2S,3S)-5-O-beta-D-glucopyranosyloxy-6-methyl-3'-methoxy-3,7,3'-trihydroxyflavan (1), (2S,3S)-5-O-beta-D-glucopyranosyloxy-6-methyl-4'-methoxy-3,7,4'-trihydroxyflavan (2), 3beta-(3',5'-dihydroxyphenyl)-2alpha-(4' '-hydroxyphenyl)dihydrobenzofuran-5-carbaldehyde (3), (1-p-O-coumaroyl-6-O-feruroyl)-beta-D-fructofuranosyl-alpha-D-glucopyranoside (4), (1-p-O-coumaroyl-3,6-di-O-feruroyl)-beta-D-fructofuranosyl-alpha-D-glucopyranoside (5), and (6-O-feruroyl)-beta-D-fructofuranosyl-(6-O-acetyl)-alpha-D-glucopyranoside (6) were isolated together with five known compounds. Their structures were established by spectral data interpretation.

从短梗菝葜根茎的甲醇提取物中,分离出6种新的酚类化合物,即(2S,3S)-5-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖氧基-6-甲基-3'-甲氧基-3,7,3'-三羟基黄烷(1)、(2S,3S)-5-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖氧基-6-甲基-4'-甲氧基-3,7,4'-三羟基黄烷(2)、3β-(3',5'-二羟基苯基)-2α-(4''-羟基苯基)二氢苯并呋喃-5-甲醛(3)、(1-p-O-香豆酰基-6-O-阿魏酰基)-β-D-呋喃果糖基-α-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(4)、(1-p-O-香豆酰基-3,6-二-O-阿魏酰基)-β-D-呋喃果糖基-α-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(5)和(6-O-阿魏酰基)-β-D-呋喃果糖基-(6-O-乙酰基)-α-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(6),同时还分离出5种已知化合物。通过光谱数据解析确定了它们的结构。
