Thyrotrophin was injected i/p at 2 I.U. daily simultaneously with oral administration of Turisynchron at 100 mg/kg or Suisynchron at 125 mg/kg daily for five days to Wistar rats. The uptake of radio-iodine by the thyroid was reduced, and there were slight changes in thyroid structure. Suisynchron produced a milder inhibition of thyroid regulatory mechanisms than Turisynchron.
向Wistar大鼠腹腔注射促甲状腺激素，剂量为每日2国际单位，同时每日口服100毫克/千克的Turisynchron或125毫克/千克的Suisynchron，持续五天。甲状腺对放射性碘的摄取减少，甲状腺结构有轻微变化。Suisynchron对甲状腺调节机制的抑制作用比Turisynchron更温和。
