We report two cases of methotrexate-induced pneumonitis. Both patients died despite steroid pulse therapy. Postmortem lung tissue revealed diffuse alveolar damage, and focal lung fibrosis. Physicians should be aware of the possibility of MTX-induced interstitial pneumonitis in diagnosing RA patients with MTX when diffuse pulmonary infiltration is present.
我们报告两例甲氨蝶呤诱发的肺炎病例。尽管进行了类固醇冲击治疗，两名患者均死亡。尸检肺组织显示弥漫性肺泡损伤和局灶性肺纤维化。当类风湿关节炎患者使用甲氨蝶呤且出现弥漫性肺浸润时，医生在诊断时应意识到甲氨蝶呤诱发间质性肺炎的可能性。
