Abstract
We report a case of mycotic aneurysm of the abdominal aorta with Group B Streptococcus, a very rare cause of mycotic aneurysms. Following surgery the patient received 4 weeks of i.v. antibacterial chemotherapy. The patient remains asymptomatic after 9 months of follow-up.
