A method of ultramicroanalysis of dansyl-aminoacids is worked out and used for studying the primary structure of tirosin-containing F1 histone peptide isolated from calf thymus nitriated unfractionated F1 histone. The peptide is shown to be common for all the histone subfractions. The analysis of amino acid composition and C-terminal sequency using carboxypeptidase Y has shown that the peptide structure is identical to the amino acid sequence of the respective peptide from the subfraction 3 of rabbit thymus F1 histone, in the latter glycine being substituted with alanine.
已制定出一种丹磺酰氨基酸的超微分析方法,并用于研究从小牛胸腺硝化未分级F1组蛋白中分离出的含酪氨酸F1组蛋白肽的一级结构。结果表明该肽对所有组蛋白亚组分都是相同的。使用羧肽酶Y对氨基酸组成和C末端序列进行分析表明,该肽的结构与兔胸腺F1组蛋白亚组分3中相应肽的氨基酸序列相同,在后者中甘氨酸被丙氨酸取代。
