Abstract

According to the noise induced Accident Prevention Regulations each employee's auditory threshold must be tested before working in a noisy enviornment [greater than or equal to dB(A)], and this threshold must be reviewed at intervals of 1 to 3 years. The regulations regarding method of examination and interpretation of observation must be followed.
