[Diagnosis of Vogt-Koyanagi-Harada-syndrome (uveoencephalitis) (author's transl)].

Some aspects of the diagnosis, therapy and prognosis of VHK-syndrome are described from the long term observations of two cases in our clinic. The most important point in differential diagnosis is the presence of proved meningo-encephalitis. Systemic immunosuppressive therapy did probably not modify the course of the disease. The functional results in our patients were good.
