The influence of the growth phase and cultivation condition of Pseudomonas denitrificans on the survival of the culture after lyophilization was examined. The culture removed for drying in the stationary phase showed the highest resistance to lyophilization. The cells dried at the beginning of exponential phase displayed enhanced sensitivity to lyophilization. Addition to the cultivation medium (meat-peptone broth) of Tween-80 (0.25%) caused an increase of proteins, lipids and polysaccharides in cells and an enhancement of their telerance to lyophilization.
研究了反硝化假单胞菌的生长阶段和培养条件对冻干后培养物存活的影响。在稳定期取出用于干燥的培养物对冻干表现出最高的抗性。在指数期开始时干燥的细胞对冻干表现出更高的敏感性。向培养基(肉蛋白胨肉汤)中添加吐温80(0.25%)会导致细胞中蛋白质、脂质和多糖增加,并增强其对冻干的耐受性。
