The lived and works are presented of Feliks A. Erbrich (1874-1936), the well-know Warsaw otolaryngologist, a cofounder of Polish Otorhinolaryngological Society. He was a pupil of Alfred M. Sokołowski and Gustaw Killian. Dr Erbrich's achievements in the popularization of knowledge about pathology of tonsils and about broncho- and oesophagoscopy were strongly pointed out. The review of his scientific publications, practice and publishing activity were also described. Erbrich was a chairman of Polish Otorhinolaryngological Society and first chief of Clinic of Otolaryngology in Warsaw.
