Two patients with bleeding renal hamartoma are presented. The diagnosis of angiolipoleiomyoma and hemangioma was made by angiography. The literature is reviewed and the differential diagnoses are discussed. The difficulties concerning differential diagnoses from neoplastic disease is emphasized.
