Abstract
Hepatitis B antigen (HB Ag) titer and subtype were determined in blood samples obtained from 270 HB Ag-positive acute viral hepatitis (AVH) patients, as well as in 100 HB Ag-positive blood donors. The percentage distribution of the HB Ag titer shows a shift towards lower titers in the case of "healthy carriers". In both AVH patients and blood donors the "ay" antigenic subtype was found to be predominant.

对270例乙肝表面抗原（HB Ag）阳性的急性病毒性肝炎（AVH）患者以及100例HB Ag阳性献血者的血样进行了乙肝表面抗原滴度和亚型检测。HB Ag滴度的百分比分布显示，“健康携带者”的滴度有向较低滴度偏移的趋势。在AVH患者和献血者中，均发现“ay”抗原亚型占主导地位。
