[Ecographic measurements of some cardiac sarcomere parameters (author's transl)].

The authors report on some measurements of cardiac sarcomere length and rate of contraction with ecocardiographic techniques carried out in man. The mean cardiac fibers' velocity of shortening, also measured ecographically, is connected with sarcomere contraction velocity.
