Abstract
OBJECTIVE
To provide new molecular data for the identification of the Chinese medicinal plant Duzhong (Eucommia ulmoides).
METHOD
Sequencing and analyzing the 25S rDNA gene(rDNA) 5' terminal region.
RESULT
More than 300 nucleotides of 25S rDNA 5' terminal region were determined, and the specific nucleotides can be used for the identification of this medicinal plant.
CONCLUSION
This sequence analysis may serve as a basis for preparing the specific rDNA probe.
摘要
目的
为中药材杜仲（杜仲）的鉴定提供新的分子数据。
方法
对25S核糖体DNA基因（rDNA）5′末端区域进行测序和分析。
结果
测定了25S rDNA 5′末端区域300多个核苷酸，其特异核苷酸可用于该药用植物的鉴定。
结论
该序列分析可为制备特异性rDNA探针奠定基础。
