Under observation were 309 patients with fractures of the distal portion of the antebrachial bones, in whom 311 fractures were observed (in 2 cases fractures occurred twice for a 9-year period). All these patients were subdivided into two groups: the Ist group comprised 139 patients treated at the in-and outpatient center of general surgery, and in the second group (172) patients were treated at the traumatological in-outpatient center. The results of treatment in both groups are analysed, and some appropriate conclusions are made.
对309例前臂骨远端骨折患者进行了观察，共观察到311处骨折（2例患者在9年期间发生了两次骨折）。所有这些患者被分为两组：第一组包括139例在普通外科门诊和住院部接受治疗的患者，第二组（172例）患者在创伤门诊接受治疗。分析了两组的治疗结果，并得出了一些适当的结论。
