To evaluate the treatment effect of endoscopic sinus surgery on the paranasal sinuses mycosis.
29 cases of paranasal sinuses mycosis were treated with endoscopic sinus surgery from 1998. The wound was washed with 1% H2O2 and 0.9% NaCl solution after operation.
In the follow up of 6-36 months, all cases were cured.
With the endoscopic sinus surgery, the surgeons can get better illumination and the function of nasal cavity and sinuses can be preserved as many as possible. The success rate was high.
评估鼻内镜鼻窦手术治疗鼻窦真菌病的效果。
自1998年起，采用鼻内镜鼻窦手术治疗29例鼻窦真菌病患者。术后用1%过氧化氢和0.9%氯化钠溶液冲洗创口。
随访6至36个月，所有病例均治愈。
鼻内镜鼻窦手术可提供更好的照明，能尽可能保留鼻腔及鼻窦功能，成功率高。
