Gastroduodenal arterial aneurysms: report of a case and review of the literature.

Aneurysms of the gastroduodenal artery are rare. Only nine cases have been reported previously. These aneurysms are extremely difficult to diagnose preoperatively. A case of ruptured gastroduodenal artery aneurysm, which was diagnosed by aortography prior to operation, is reported, and the literature is reviewed.
