Aneurysms of the gastroduodenal artery are rare. Only nine cases have been reported previously. These aneurysms are extremely difficult to diagnose preoperatively. A case of ruptured gastroduodenal artery aneurysm, which was diagnosed by aortography prior to operation, is reported, and the literature is reviewed.
胃十二指肠动脉动脉瘤较为罕见。此前仅报道过9例。这些动脉瘤在术前极难诊断。本文报告1例术前经主动脉造影诊断的胃十二指肠动脉动脉瘤破裂病例，并对相关文献进行复习。
