Under study was the SDG activity in human heart neurons in postnatal ontogensis. Succinic dehydrogenase was revealed with nitrablue tetrazole after Nachlas, quantitative measurements in preparations were made in a cytospectrophotometer. A regular developmental increase in the SDG activity in human heart neurons was established to have certain fluctuations in different age periods. The most intensive growth of the enzyme activity was found in early childhood, youth and senile age which is related to physiological state of the organism and the cardio-vascular activity.
正在研究出生后个体发育过程中人类心脏神经元中的琥珀酸脱氢酶(SDG)活性。按照Nachlas的方法,用硝基蓝四唑显示琥珀酸脱氢酶,在细胞分光光度计中对制剂进行定量测量。已确定人类心脏神经元中SDG活性的正常发育性增加在不同年龄阶段有一定波动。酶活性的最强烈增长出现在幼儿期、青年期和老年期,这与机体的生理状态和心血管活动有关。
